Projection mapping (also called videomapping or 3D projection mapping) projects animation shaped to a real surface: a façade, a table, a cake or a wall. The image follows every arch, window and edge, so the object seems to come alive.
How much does projection mapping cost?
Our “from” prices, in Mexican pesos: cake $6,000 · immersive dinner $8,000 (1 hour) · interactive screens $12,000 (3 hours) · façade $45,000 (3 hours, laser projector) · monthly rental $7,000 per month. The final price depends on the surface, the hours, the content and travel.
Do you do wedding projection mapping in San Miguel de Allende?
Yes. We set up projection mapping for weddings in San Miguel de Allende and Querétaro (for example at Zibá Jardín de Eventos). In San Miguel we have also projected at Live Aqua, Hotel Matilda and El Castillo del Atascadero.
Do you rent projectors and LED screens for events?
Yes. We rent projectors, 3×2 m fabric screens and LED screens of any size. Interactive screens start at $12,000 MXN for 3 hours.
What is an immersive dining experience?
It is a dinner with digital projection on the table and plates for one hour. Pick a theme (Japan, Greece, Rome, Mexican textile…) or we create one for your event or restaurant. From $8,000 MXN.
Does projection mapping work in daylight or outdoors?
It works outdoors, but it needs darkness: at night or indoors with low light. For daytime events we recommend LED screens.
Do you work outside Querétaro?
Yes. VMAP is a projection mapping company based in Querétaro and San Miguel de Allende, and we also work in Mexico City and other destinations in Mexico.
